Director
Ms. Diane is a lifelong member of ADDS. She's played every role and loves what she does! In her "spare time" - she enjoys reading and being the best nana ever to her growing grandkids.
Rebecca Rash
Assistant Director
Ms. Rebecca has been a part of the ADDS team for almost 17yrs. She attended WCC and UNCG. She has 2 daughters, 4 dogs and lives on a farm.
Patricia Roark
Nutrition Expert
Ms. Trish loves preparing delicious, nutritious meals for the children at ADDS.
Trish's favorite person is her 4yr old granddaughter Harper!
Sherina Campbell
Nursery Teacher
Ms. Sherina has 7yrs of childcare experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
She lives in Warrensville with her husband and two kiddos.
Penny Patrick
Toddler Teacher
Ms. Penny is an Ashe County Native who lives in Creston. She has been our Lead Toddler Teacher for 5yrs. Penny has 2 grown children and a beautiful 1yr old granddaughter.
Genna Lewis
Twos Teacher
Ms. Genna has 21yrs of experience and an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves working with children and serving the families in our community. She has two kiddos of her own - who are 7 & 9 now.
Amanda Church
PreKA Teacher
Ms. Amanda graduated from App State in 2018. She loves traveling and spending time with her family. She hopes to make PreKA feel like a home away from home.
Kristen Shatley
PreKB Teacher
Ms. Kristen is our NC-PreK teacher. She has been at ADDS for 15yrs now. She received her NC Teaching License in 2009 and just completed her Masters Degree this year.
Karen Speck
Teacher Assistant
Ms. Karen owned a Family Childcare Home in Maryland for 30yrs. She has an Associates in Early Childhood Development.
She loves seeing the childrens' day-to-day successes!
Amber Cleary

Ms. Amber joined our team in 2018. She is a mom of 3 - who's youngest still attends ADDS. She loves working with our PreK kiddos and their families.
Audrey Eller
Teacher Assistant
Ms. Audrey's motto is "If you can't beat them - join them" and that's what she does in the classroom - joining in the fun and activities daily!
William Adolph
Teacher Assistant
Mr. Bill has 13 years experience in the field of education. He loves the children and enjoys helping in the classroom and on the playgrounds.

Amy has been a substitute at ADDS for 3yrs now.
Her daughter Atalie attends part-time in our Toddler Room.
